  I noticed the front right side tire was suddenly bald. Seriously: it had been fine just two weeks prior! I knew this meant two new tires and I needed them fast before it starts raining again. (We hope it starts raining again soon.) My sister mentioned good experience with Les Schwab where she lives. I had planned to compare cost to another dealer but (a) Schwab was open an hour earlier than the other and (b) I really liked how they dealt with my call. So I zipped on over. They offered options but did not pressure me in any way. The waiting area and bathroom were clean. When we discovered a miscommunication about alignment (I wanted that), they fit that in quickly and my car was ready in no time. I'll definitely be back.
